已完成的检查/咨询仍收费，即使未进行维修或约定维修问题未解决。
检查完成后，
如果需要维修，
我们会根据具体问题给出明确维修报价。
先确认维修问题、固定总价、币种和验收方式，
你明确同意以后才开始维修。
不因同一问题耗时或排查难度增加而临时加价；新独立问题须另行报价并征得同意。
维修完成后一起测试确认，
再支付维修费用。
约定维修问题没有解决，
不收维修费。
远程处理通常需要电脑能够正常启动并联网。
不适合远程处理的情况会直接说明。

S$9 (SGD) Remote Check / Consultation
The S$9 fee covers the initial remote check, problem assessment and explanation of findings.
Repair is not included.
A completed check/consultation remains chargeable even if no repair is performed or the agreed repair issue is not resolved.
If repair is needed, we provide a separate repair quote based on the specific issue.
Repair starts only after you approve the agreed issue, fixed total repair price, currency and acceptance test.
The price for the same issue does not increase because more time or investigation is needed. A new independent issue requires a separate quote and your consent.
After the agreed repair is completed, we test it together before the repair fee is paid.
If the agreed repair issue is not resolved, no repair fee is charged.
Remote support generally requires the computer to start and connect to the internet.
